1) Type "just about any subject" (with quotes around it) and add the word wiki (after the last quote) -- for Wikipedia's article on the subject. Wikipedia usually presents a relatively balanced description of subject matter as a start for finding further information as needed. 

2) Type an acronym itself for links that can explain acronyms for credentials (for example, "LMP" or "LICSW").
